Natalia Kracheninnikova is a Designated Residential Appraiser (CRA, P.App.) with extensive experience in residential real-estate valuation across Southern Ontario. She has been actively engaged in professional appraisal practice for over a decade and brings a strong analytical and technical foundation to each assignment.

Natalia has completed valuation assignments for single-family residential properties, condominiums, multi-family dwellings, rural residential properties, and new construction. Her appraisal work is performed in accordance with Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (CUSPAP), utilizing the Direct Comparison, Cost, and Income Approaches as appropriate.

Her background includes senior and candidate appraisal roles with multiple appraisal firms, as well as long-standing experience as a licensed real-estate salesperson. This dual perspective enhances her market insight, data verification, and client communication. Natalia regularly works with lenders, mortgage brokers, realtors, municipalities, and appraisal management companies to ensure accurate, well-supported, and timely appraisal reports.

She is available to travel throughout Southern Ontario, including, but not limited to: Essex, and Chatham-Kent.
