About Otto & Company
We established the company in 1993 as an answer to the growing demand for better quality, reasonably priced appraisal and consulting services. We have assembled a team of appropriately educated individuals, and supplemented their knowledge & skills with substantial in-house training. In addition, our staff individually continues to maintain a regiment of courses and seminars to keep them up-to-date with current valuation concepts. This continuing educational growth adds to our body of knowledge and provides the means to deliver verifiably accurate reports of a consistent high quality.
Our Commercial Division is qualified to complete a range of appraisals including: Retail, Office, Multi-Family, Industrial, Special Use (gas station, church, campground, golf course) and Agricultural (cash crop, livestock/dairy, greenhouse) properties. In addition, this division is also responsibile for Reserve Fund Studies (RFS) and Insurance Valuations.
Do you or your clients have language needs other than english? On our team of professionals, we have individuals that can communicate in English, Korean, Hindi and Punjabi. All of our reports are presented in English only.
