- Has been an active appraiser in southern Ontario since 2017
- Licensed Realtor in Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge area since 1992
Judith has an strong foundation in residential valuation. As an experienced residential Realtor, she brings a unique perspective on residential appraisals. She is a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, progressing towards her professional appraisal designation (CRA), and is working with a designated AIC co-signor as part of her professional development.
Judith has extensive experience in the valuation of single family residential (incl. condominium) properties, and is developing her skills with multi-family, and rural residential properties, and is available to travel throughout Southern Ontario. This includes Brant, Perth, Waterloo, and Wellington Counties.
