Jill has an strong residential appraisal background. She is an advanced Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, progressing towards her professional appraisal designation (CRA), and is working with a designated AIC co-signor as part of her professional development.

Jill has extensive experience in the valuation of single family residential, multi-family, condominium and agricultural properties, and is available to travel throughout Southern Ontario. This includes Elgin, Haldimand, Norfolk, Oxford Counties, Huron, Lambton, Kent, Middlesex, Bruce, Grey, Waterloo, Wellington and Perth County areas.
