She is currently progressing through the AIC pathway toward her AACI designation and is building a strong foundation in residential real-estate valuation.

Taranjit brings a diverse professional background in business administration, financial analysis, and operational management, with several years of experience in leadership and client-facing roles. Her prior work includes senior and team-lead positions in financial services and administration, where she developed strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills that translate directly to appraisal practice. She is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and skilled in data analysis, documentation, and report support. Taranjit contributes to appraisal assignments through research, data verification, market analysis, and administrative coordination, supporting accurate and well-documented valuation reports in accordance with AIC standards.
