• Currently, an associate fee appraiser with Otto & Company in London, Ontario
• Previous professional experience in digital marketing, customer service, e-commerce, and administrative and documentation support

Tamreen is beginning her career in real estate appraisal after developing a strong foundation in business, analytical work, documentation management, and client service. She is a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and is currently completing the UBC/AIC Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation through the University of British Columbia. Her previous professional experience includes responsibility for document and process management, report preparation, data analysis, quality control, and coordination with internal and external teams. This background has developed strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. As she develops her appraisal experience, Tamreen continues to expand her understanding of valuation theory, methodology, market research, and professional appraisal reporting.

She is available to travel throughout Southern Ontario, focussing on the Windsor/Essex and Chatham-Kent areas.
