DC has earned his P.App., CRA designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada and has been a member of the AIC since 2016. He brings a solid background in residential construction and property valuation, with experience spanning various residential property types, including single-family, multi-family, and rural properties. DC possesses a strong grasp of the adjustment process and its application in valuation. Recently, he transitioned to our Commercial Division, where he is expanding his expertise under the mentorship of our seasoned commercial appraisal team.
He is available to travel throughout Southern Ontario, particularly Elgin & Oxford Counties and the Region of Waterloo.
