• Currently, an associate fee appraiser with Otto & Company in London, Ontario

Ishan is a strong addition to the appraisal profession with a keen interest in real estate. He is a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and is developing experience in the valuation of a broad range of residential properties, including single-family, multi-family, and rural properties. With guidance from his co-signer, Ishan continues to expand his understanding of appraisal theory, methodology, and reporting standards. He has also completed industry-recognized cost training through RSMeans, strengthening his knowledge of construction costs and supporting the effective application of the cost approach in residential valuation assignments.

He is available to travel throughout Southern Ontario, focussing on the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Niagara Region, Brant and Oxford Counties.
