Overview of Professional Experience

• Currently, an associate fee appraiser with Otto & Company in London, Ontario

Ishan is a good addition to the appraisal profession with a keen interest in real estate. He is a candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Ishan is developing his experience in the valuation of all types of residential properties (single & multi-family, rural, etc.), and with guidance of his co-signer, is growing in his understanding of the appraisal process. He has now completed his RSMeans costing training, and will be assisting with our reserve fund reports and insurance valuations.

He is available to travel throughout Southern Ontario, including, but not limited to the counties of: Oxford, Elgin, Perth, Huron, Kent, Middlesex, Waterloo & Wellington.
