Brad has a strong residential construction background. He is a candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, and is working with a designated AIC co-signor as part of his professional development. Brad is developing his experience in the valuation of all types of residential properties (single & multi-family, rural, etc.), and has an excellent understanding of the adjustment process.

Brad is available to travel throughout Southern Ontario, including, but not limited to: Elgin, Huron, Lambton, Kent, Middlesex, Waterloo, Wellington, Perth, & Oxford Counties.
