Kimberley has over fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry, including several years in appraisal practice as an AIC Candidate Member. Her work includes residential and commercial appraisal assignments, market rental studies, and Highest and Best Use analysis.

She is currently completing the requirements for the AACI designation with a focus on commercial appraisal assignments.She brings strong analytical capabilities, detailed report writing, and a thorough understanding of regional real estate markets.
