• Currently, an associate fee appraiser with Otto & Company in London, Ontario
• Has been an active appraiser in southern Ontario since 2017
• 11 years as a Realtor in Waterloo Region

Shelley's experience in residential properties is diverse; as an experienced residential Realtor, property manager, and president of a co-operative board, she is well suited to understanding residential trends, and the fundamentals of residential appraisals. She is a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, progressing towards her professional appraisal designation (CRA), and is working with a designated AIC co-signor as part of her professional development.

Shelley has valuable experience in the appraising of single family residential (incl. condominium) properties, and is developing her skills with multi-family, and rural residential properties, and is available to travel throughout Southern Ontario. This includes Brant, Elgin, Oxford, Perth, Waterloo, and Wellington Counties. She is also actively volunteers as the current president of the Thorneview Co-Operative Board.
