• Currently, an associate fee appraiser with Otto & Company in London, Ontario
• Has been an active appraiser in southern Ontario since 2014

Matt has been active as a residential appraisal for many years. He is an advanced candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, progressing towards his professional appraisal designation (CRA), and is working with a designated AIC co-signor as part of his professional development. He is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario. Matt has extensive experience in the valuation of residential and small scale multi-family properties.

Matt is available to travel throughout Southern Ontario, including, but not limited to: Elgin, Huron, Lambton, Kent, Middlesex, Bruce, Grey, Waterloo, Wellington, Perth, & Oxford Counties.
