DC has been a candidate appraiser with the Appraisal Institute since 2016, and is working with a designated AIC co-signor as part of his professional development. He has a strong residential construction and valuation background. DC is developing his experience in the valuation of all types of residential properties (single & multi-family, rural, etc.), and has an excellent understanding of the adjustment process.
He is available to travel throughout Southern Ontario, including, but not limited to: Elgin, Huron, Lambton, Kent, Middlesex, Waterloo, Wellington, Perth, & Oxford Counties.
