• Currently, an associate fee appraiser with Otto & Company in London, Ontario
• 5 years in Public Accounting (Big 4), including 2+ years in an accounting advisory role in Toronto, Ontario

Eduard has his BMOS degree from Huron University and has been a CPA since 2021. Eduard’s accounting background provides a strong analytical base for commercial & industrial valuations. He brings a diverse perspective from his time as a Big 4 accountant having worked in a variety of industries including Canadian REITs, Big Tech, Insurance, Big 5 Canadian Banks. His roles included business & process analysis, technical accounting advisory and research, operational and financial audit, risk assessment, and team management. He is a candidate member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, progressing towards his professional appraisal designation [AACI], and is working with a designated AIC co-signor as part of his professional development. Eduard is currently focused on valuing properties within our Commercial Division.
