• Currently, an associate fee appraiser with Otto & Company in London, Ontario
• Has been an active appraiser in southern Ontario since 2012

Matthew has an extensive residential appraisal background. He is a designated CRA member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, as well as a graduate of the University of Guelph (B.A. Hons.) and Conestoga College (Business Admin.). Matthew has experience in the valuation of residential, multi-family, agricultural, commercial & industrial properties, and has an excellent understanding of the adjustment process.

Matthew is available to travel throughout Southern Ontario, including, but not limited to: Elgin, Huron, Lambton, Kent, Middlesex, Waterloo, Wellington, Perth, & Oxford Counties.
