Ted undertakes market & insurance valuations drawing on his MBA and appraisal experience while benefiting from ongoing property valuation coursework and professional appraisal mentorship. Ted brings considerable work experience across a variety of fields.

He is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada [AACI]. Ted’s work portfolio addresses the full range of agricultural, commercial & industrial properties with an emphasis on industrial and multi-residential properties. In addition, he volunteers as Board Treasurer for the St. Thomas Elgin Food Bank.
