About Otto & Company
We established the company in 1993 as an answer to the growing demand for better quality, reasonably priced appraisal and consulting services. We assembled a team of appropriately educated individuals, and supplemented their knowledge & skills with substantial in-house training. In addition, our staff individually continues to maintain a regiment of courses and seminars to keep them up-to-date with current valuation concepts. This continuing educational growth adds to our body of knowledge and provides the means to deliver verifiably accurate reports of a consistent high quality.
